Ryan Agoncillo is proud of Phoemela Baranda and LJ Moreno

One of the interesting highlights of the upcoming Pinoy Fear Factor is the inclusion of known celebrities Phoemela Baranda and LJ Moreno among the 12 Participantes.  Model-TV host Phem and former actress LJ dared to face their greatest fears in this latest adaptation of the reality stunt show franchise.  Host Ryan Agoncillo revealed that he was impressed with the courage that these two celebrities showed during the month-long series of stunts and challenges shot entirely in the far-away Buenos Aires, Argentina.

“I was surprised when I saw them.  The first thing I told them pagtapak nila sa Buenos Aires nung makita ko sila was ‘bilib ako sa inyo na hindi kayo nag-back out.’ That’s basically what I told everyone, kahit ‘yung mga natatanggal.  Magaling na sila the moment they stepped on the playing field of Fear Factor.  For them to go through the whole gamut of challenges sobrang napabilib nila ako. Kaya siguro as a host hindi na rin ako masyado nangutya kasi nandun akong nanonood pero napapahanga nila ako,” shared Ryan.

Pinoy Fear Factor is totally different compared to the other shows Ryan had hosted before like Star In A Million and Y-Speak.  In this newest reality show, Ryan’s duty is to brief the Participantes on the stunt that they would be doing and prepare them mentally against their own fears and apprehensions.  Ryan described the kind of host that audiences will get to see in PFF.  “In this show you play with your mind. Mapaglaro akong host dito.”

Although he was just a host, Ryan was not spared from the stunts featured in the show.  Viewers must watch out how Ryan managed to conquer his own fears and how much he learned about himself because of the experience.
