As part of the new cast of the Okatokat, the paranormal teen-oriented show which originally aired in 1997, Makisig Morales is excited to be part of the new batch of teen stars to headline the horror series along with Paul Salas, Sue Dodd, Jane Oineza, Justine Gonzalez, and Paul Jake Castillo.
The 14-year-old actor is also busy this year starting at a new school that he and his brother Maliksi recently transferred to this June. Yung school nila ngayon, strict yung teacher kasi section 1 siya,” he shares with Push.com.ph. Mak also tries to continue on with his Taekwondo training despite having to juggle a showbiz career and his studies. Kasi minsan busy rin talaga eh,” he adds.
On weekends, Mak admits that he enjoys bonding with his nine other siblings, whether they are studying or playing together. The former Super Inggo star says he does not consider it a burden to tutor or help out his younger siblings whether it’s with their homework or simply helping his parents watch over them at home. Yun naman yung importante,” he shares.
Mak says one of their family’s favorite bonding activities is to go to the mall together. “Minsan, pag may time, namamasyal kami sa mga playground. Yung malaking playground sa Market Market! Ganun.
